Where duplicate accounts are identified, pak234 will suspend all associated accounts and may permanently forfeit any balances or bonuses held across those accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak234 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pak234 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your pak234 account, whether or not authorised by you. pak234 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless you are using USDT TRC20, in which case the equivalent PKR value at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pak234 account within seconds of a successful transfer. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within one business hour, subject to banking system availability. pak234 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pak234 accepts no responsibility.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. pak234 reserves the right to reject any deposit it considers unusual or suspicious and to request verification before the funds are credited.
Withdrawals may only be made by players whose accounts have been fully verified, including completion of age verification and identity confirmation. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed on the same business day for amounts within standard thresholds. Larger withdrawals may require additional review and may take up to three business days.

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonuses are available to each eligible player once. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times — through the creation of additional accounts, the use of multiple payment methods, or any other means — constitutes bonus abuse and is a breach of these Terms.
Unless a promotion is explicitly marked as "no wagering", all bonus funds issued by pak234 are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. All bonuses issued by pak234 carry an expiry date. If the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time period, both the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. pak234 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
pak234 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or any form of advantage play inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming. Determination of bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, low-risk wagering patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated betting with other accounts, or systematic exploitation of free bet offers.
All sports bets placed on pak234 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published on the Platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body — such as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL matches — shall be the final determinant. pak234 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a clear pricing error has occurred.
In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and the Platform's ability to verify the current match situation. pak234 reserves the right to suspend or restrict in-play markets at any time. Bets accepted in error after the conclusion of an event — due to data feed delay — will be voided and stakes returned. All accepted in-play bets confirmed by the Platform prior to match conclusion will stand.
Casino and slot games on pak234 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems, ensuring that all outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. pak234 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred or where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity. In the event of account closure due to a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full.

Any pending withdrawal at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course, provided the account was in good standing.
Upon termination of an account — whether initiated by the player or by pak234 — all unused bonus funds are immediately forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method after applicable checks are completed, unless the account was closed due to a Terms breach.

pak234 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by you during registration and subsequent Platform use in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pak234 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processing partners, identity verification service providers, and fraud prevention agencies strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.
